Carla Swart 3rd in South Africa Road Championships!
Just got an email from Carla - though cyclingnews.com posted her as 4th place, the girl in 3rd is not South African, so Carla
Swart takes the Bronze Medal in the South African National Road Race Championship! That's two 3rd places!
Go Carla! Looking forward to seeing her back in the U.S. this spring.

Carla Swart 3rd in South African TT National Championships!
ex-Fulton Flyer Carla Swart (now riding pro with MTN Energade) yesterday placed 3rd in the South African National Time Trial
Championships. The Road Race was today, and I am waiting to get results. Carla is reigning U.S. Collegiate Road
Race Champion, so should have a good result! Now a plug for our wheel sponsor - Neuvation Cycling is having
a big sell on 2009 model wheels, as well as some incredible prices on complete bikes. If you are in the market for either,
I strongly suggest you go to their website: Neuvation Cycling

Sweet Spot Training?
Maybe some of you have noticed a trend towards more time-effective training. Here is a good article discussing using
Tempo Training if you don't have time for those long days in the saddle (when things like work get in the way...).
